Important Details:

All of our Sailing adventures begin and end at the Skagway Small Boat Harbor. Please plan on being at the top of the Northern Dock Ramp (next the Harbormaster’s office) at the time of your booking. Our crew will meet you there and escort you to Hopscotch!

  • Our Tours are 2.5 hours long. Sailing is very dependent on the weather, but we try to sail as much as possible! Skagway is a VERY windy place, and we want to make sure your ride is comfortable and enjoyable!

  • We take a maximum of 6 guests on board, so join us solo or bring your friends! We also offer private trips for groups of 2-6, please inquire.

  • Hopscotch has 4 heads (bathrooms) on board, a galley (we make sure to always have tasty treats, warm drinks, and plenty of comfy places to enjoy the magical ride.)

  • For safety reasons we ask that all guests are at least 10 years old. Guests must also be able-bodied for walking on un-even and shifting surfaces. Guests are also required to wear low profile inflatable life vests (you won’t even know you’re wearing it!).

What you DO need to bring:

  • We ask that you bring a jacket and warm clothes. Even on the most gorgeous Alaskan Day, the wind on the water can be chilly. We have plenty of space to store any clothing you wish to stow.

  • We have plenty of snacks and drinks, but you are welcome to bring any food or drinks you wish to consume on board.
